Tips and Hints for a Better Search
DO Use short phrases or one or two key words. Separate your search terms by a space only!
Don't Do NOT use "and" or "&" between your search terms unless you want to find the character "&" or the word "and" as part of your search.
You may optionally use the logical operator "+" between words, but it is not necessary with this search engine.  The search phrase "Seattle Firefighter" is interpreted exactly the same way as "Seattle + Firefighter"
Don't In general, don't use terms such as "discrimination" or "racial preferences" since all pages on Adversity.Net deal with that topic.
DO In general, leave the "Match" dialogue (above) set for "All".  Leave the "Format" dialogue (above) set for "Long".

*  We use the term reverse discrimination reluctantly and only because it is so widely understood.  In our opinion there really is only one kind of discrimination.
