guarantees. The total for ALL federal agencies was $6.67 billion
dollars in race-specific contract guarantees - from which amount white,
male-owned business were excluded. |

Share of Prime Contracts.
The U.S. Small Business Administration's "Section 8(a) businesses" are
minority-owned businesses, as defined by the federal government. "Prime
Contracts" means these minority businesses were given the main contract, without
competition, because their owners are the correct race. Federal minority contract
awards - without competition - totalled $6.67 billion! |

Small Disadvantaged Busiess contract
guarantees. The total for ALL federal agencies' racial guarantees to this
group of minorities was $5 billion dollars - from which amount white,
male-owned businesses were excluded. |

Disadvantaged Business Share of Federal Prime Contracts. SDB's are minority-owned businesses, as defined by
the federal government. "Prime Contracts" means these minority businesses
were given the main contract, without competition, based upon their skin color. In

total for ALL federal agencies' sex-based guarantees to women-owned businesses was $3.86
billion dollars - from which amount white, male-owned contractors were excluded. |
