The same two agencies as last year are still tied for first place for overhiring of Native Americans:  Both the Smithsonian Institution and the Social Security Administration came in at 140% over their racial quota for employing Native Americans.

And again this year, the poorest quota performer among the 21 independent agencies was the Armed Forces Retirement Home which fell short of its quota for Native Americans by 100%.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services continues to hold first place this year by exceeding their racial quota for Native Americans by an astounding 3,420%!

Honorable mention must go again this year to the U.S. Department of Interior who hired 2,280% more Native Americans than their proportion in the civilian labor force.

Once again, this year the U.S. Department of State was the only department in this category to actually go negative: they missed their racial quota for Native Americans again by 20%.
