AffirmativeActionWatch.Net is a non-profit, tax-exempt service of the Center for Equal Opportunity.

In most instances, the use of race-based preferences on the basis of race or ethnicity in education, employment, or government contracting violates federal law.  Most of us call these discriminatory programs "racial quotas" and "racial set-asides".

If the program masquerades under the term "affirmative action" or "diversity" it's purpose is more than likely illegal discrimination.  And YOU can do something about it!

The Center for Equal Opportunity is interested in hearing about such discrimination you may have experienced.  In many instances, CEO may be able to help you do something about it.  This is especially true when the discrimination is openly stated -- as is often the case, believe it or not.   CEO will not serve as your attorney, but in many cases they will contact the alleged discriminator, and in other cases they may be able to help you find a lawyer.

*  We use the term reverse discrimination reluctantly and only because it is so widely understood.  In our opinion there really is only one kind of discrimination.
