American Civil Rights Coalition

          The American Civil Rights Coalition (ACRC) is leading the fight to get the Racial Privacy Iniative ballot referendum to the voters of California.  ACRC works with grassroots supporters and leaders on the local, state and federal level to end racial and gender preferences and classifications.  They engage in activities such as initiative campaigns and lobbying.  Ward Connerly is ACRC's chairman.

American Civil Rights Institute

          The American Civil Rights Institute is a national civil rights organization created to educate the public about racial and gender preferences.  ACRI's initial focus is on three areas:   assisting organizations in other states with their efforts to educate the public about racial and gender preferences, assisting federal representatives with public education on the issue, and monitoring implementation and legal action on California's Proposition 209.

          The ACRI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization which does not engage in lobbying or influencing of legislation.  ACRI's chairman is Ward Connerly.
